Tarlan Film Institute holds a filmmaking license from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Iran and, under the supervision of the Cinema Organization of Iran, was officially registered in 2016 (1395 in the Iranian calendar) and began its activities. The institute is also a permanent member of the Iranian Association of Film and Audiovisual Producers.

The Tarlan Film Institute was established with the aim of producing professional cinematic and documentary works. Tarlan Film, equipped with advanced technical infrastructure and an experienced team of specialists in Iran, is capable of providing technical support and post-production services for professional projects from around the world.In recent years, Tarlan Film has participated in providing post-production services for several major international projects and has been recognized as a reliable partner in the technical field.
Furthermore, Tarlan Film’s international distribution department, with a focus on Iranian narrative, documentary, and short films, has established a bridge between Iranian cinema and global screening platforms and networks across Europe, the United States, and other parts of the world.
